Enterprise Greece, the official agency of the Greek State promoting investment in Greece, exports from Greece, and making Greece more attractive as an international business partner, is organizing on November 9-14 2020, in collaboration with Reco Exports and Moreganic, the 1st integrated online action for the promotion of the Food & Beverage sector in the developed markets of the Scandinavian countries: the Greek Nordic Trade Week.
The aim of the event is to enhance the promotion of Greek foodstuff in the Nordic countries, an effort which started two years ago with the Greek participation in the Ecolife Scandinavia trade show. The Greek Nordic Trade Week is a comprehensive online B2B initiative for the Food & Beverage sector that specifically targets markets of countries such as Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, as well as the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
It is specifically designed to provide Greek export companies with the tools that will facilitate their access to the above-mentioned markets. All participating companies will be provided with personalized consulting, market analysis and training, while Enterprise Greece will assist with financial support of up to 50% of the cost of participation (until the approved budget is exhausted).
The suppliers represented at the event will range from artisan production of unique products to large scale manufacturing with global distribution. A large portion of these suppliers provide organic products, adding even more to the products’ attractiveness. In addition, the products will range from the highest quality traditional and PDO products to innovative award-winning foodstuff, some of which do not yet exist on the Nordic market.
