This certification highlights the human-centered nature of the company, as well as the effort to maintain a meritorious working environment, with equal opportunities for everyone in development, professional advancement, and lifelong learning.
This distinction is particularly important and honorary because the results were determined by the anonymous and confidential evaluations of the company’s employees. The participation reached 100%, a fact that confirms the strong common corporate vision, based on principles such as solidarity, cooperation, reliability, respect and justice.

An exports oriented company
In September 2011, Koukakis Farm inaugurated their first strategic collaboration with a representative and distributor of Greek dairy products in Italy. Since then, the company has been exporting its products to ever more countries, with the genuine Greek yogurt gaining great recognition abroad. The excellent quality and taste of Koukakis Farm products was certified, among other distinctions in 2017 and 2018 in the competition of the leading International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi). Today, Koukakis Farm exports its delicious dairy products in over twenty countries worldwide.
Last, but not least, it is worth noting that Koukakis Farm is the only Dairy Industry that is certified as a Great Place To Work for 2023.
