Just a few days ago, Hotos PDO Feta and Hotos PDO Manouri were awarded by the Brussels International Taste Institute with the Superior Taste Award. This is an excellent distinction for the two traditional products produced by Hotos company, with centennial experience: Hotos family, for three generations (since 1920) has been exclusively engaged in cheese-making. Hotos Feta Cheese and Hotos Manouri Cheese are products of Protected Designation of Origin and are produced from 100% fresh Greek pasteurized goat’s and sheep’s milk.
The International Taste Institute was founded in 2005 and consists of a group of food and taste experts, who are dedicated to improving the quality of food and beverages offered to consumers.
